Show up and speak at the September 14 board meeting. Village Administrator Matt Walsh has said the board wants to “at least have the village board on record express concerns and ask questions.” A packed room with specific, informed questions (embankment height, impact on house values, actual train speed through town, noise level, freight trains at night) makes that record stronger.
